Firstly initiate SSH connection to server.

Enter your hostname , port, user , password and all.

Then go to .. title bar -> right click -> Change Setting..

.. go to Category -> Connection -> SSH -> Tunnels.

Enter source port ..

then the destination .. Ip:port

then. click Add.

..

then Apply.. done!
