Planning stage of a project implementation

Yeah.. planning.. before the implementation starting to take place..
It would have been very useful to have all team member to completely
have at least the same understanding of current stake at hand..

This would then ease a lot pressure off our shoulder..
and also eliminate most un-necessary problem ahead.. if not all.. :)

.. and also a stage where the team actually predict which route to actually / possibly take
to ensure the most suitable route to reach the project target..

… or any damage control shall taken place at some point of time later..
if somehow there will be a “calculated failure” is un-avoidable.. 8-)
