Yes.. end-user sometime too demanding.. but only one sysadmin to maintain it all..

Whenever system is up and running fine.. user tend to think that sysadmin
would have no job to do..But actually that mean sysadmin is doing perfect..
No downtime ..

And when come to system failure or downtime..
they expect the sysadmin to fix is as soon as possible..
well… SYSADMIN is also a human..
and some procedure like normal job also need to be performed first
before can start fixing it..

anyway… enjoy his post ..
