My Body Mass Index ~ Normal !!

For the first time after few years, I took effort to measure my weight and height .
There are machine at Giant Kota Damansara, which had to pay RM1 ..
It will measure weight and height.. and calculate the Body Mass Index automatically.
then printed the result out on a paper.
It also capable of measuring the blood pressure..
but due my arrogant behavior.. I don’t even managed to learn how to correctly use the machine to get my blood pressure !

Anyway.. my B.M.I seem back to normal ..
not underweight anymore ..!
