I need more regular exercise

During the last raya, I was attending to wedding ceremony in my hometown.

Attending wedding ceremony is a happy activity..


You got chance to have a beautiful shoot of bride like this one ..


Or spontaneous one like this..


Or just my kids with the prop like this one.


Unless, the arrangement of the “attending event” become “hosting an event”

Then, I was required to perform some part of “helping”

that would require me to do something like this “exercise”…



Then it would be somehow tiring and stressful at the same time.

Provided if you have to also handle kids while doing all above.

Then surprisingly, my wife’s Raya holiday was cut short and we need to return to Kuala Lumpur at that very night.

Despite all that, I also have scheduled an annual medical checkup right after the Hari raya holiday.

This time I took the chance to take extra package test that include a “Treadmill Stress Test by Cardiologist”.

It is my first time taking this kind of test. I don’t know what to expect.

So, I registered at KPJ Tawakal for the “General Executive Screening(PLUS)”  

The appointment went on smoothly.

I have to get to 6th Floor at the Wellness Centre to get myself started with the package.

Then followed by the Blood and Urine test.

After that, got to go to 1st floor for Chest X-ray.

Oh.. then got free “light refreshment” coupon which I can use it at 5th Floor.

by the time I finish the meal, it was almost 1pm. So, I need to come back after lunch to continue the remaining test.

For some reason, my phone died-ed and I have to rush home to arrange kids.

Ended up, returning back to hospital around 3.15pm…

We performed “Treadmill Stress test”..

It started with ECG lead being stick onto my body and chest.

It started with just standing, walking.. small run.. then running to full speed.

and everything went on smoothly as I achieve the target/predicted heart-rate.

I think it is ~ 184/bpm for 100% target.

Then following by Lung Function test.


we conclude the test at 4.30pm.. and there is not enough time to get the result and Dr consultations.

So, we arranged for appointment just for consultation and medical report on following Saturday, 30 June 2018.


~ On 30 June 2018.

The result came out as normal..

except the one with LDL – Low Density Lipid.

And Doctor advised to control my diet..

  1. To Avoid fried food, red meats and dairy product.
  2. Regular exercise

haha.. the 2nd part, regular exercise..

It remind me of the activity during my recent “wedding event” in kelantan.

I think I should get myself to repeat this kind of activity more often… hahaha.

But minus the eating part… need to skip “red-meats” and maybe getting some “oats”?

For the other part of the test.. all seem normal.. Alhamdulillah.
